How it works
1. Design it — use the 3D builder above, or call us and we will build it with you.
2. Order with 20% down — the balance is due on delivery, after your building is installed.
3. Get it installed — standard buildings in Arizona are running about 2 to 4 weeks once your site and permits are ready; wide-span buildings about 4 to 6 weeks. Weather permitting.
Good to know
Every building is engineer certified and built to your local wind and snow codes.
Standard plans are included free. Stamped, site-specific plans are available on request.
Delivery and installation are included on a level site. You provide the site or concrete pad — we will send you American Steel's concrete pour guide so it comes out right. (We don't do the concrete pour itself.)
Framing warranties: 20 years on 12-gauge framing, 10 years on 14-gauge (rust-through, with normal care).
Financing is available — ask us, or check the options right in the 3D builder.
Check with your local building department on permits before you order — we will help with the plans paperwork.
